They can be used at any SPK pub for food and drinks, or across any MiXR venue with a MiXR Gift Card. General Terms

Stonegate Pub Company Limited (“Social Pub & Kitchen”) supplies digital gift cards (“eGift Cards”) to customers, together referred to herein as (“Social Pub & Kitchen Gift Cards”) which are issued by Stonegate Pub Company Limited, Address, (registered no Company Number), VAT Number – VAT Number and are supplied via Social Pub & Kitchen agent, Blackhawk Network (Europe) Limited registered in England and Wales with its registered office at Westside, London Road, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, HP3 9TD England (registered number 07956446), who operates this website.

Social Pub & Kitchen Gift Cards
Social Pub & Kitchen Gift Cards are redeemable at any Social Pub & Kitchen venue. No additional fees will be imposed on purchasers or recipients of Social Pub & Kitchen Gift Cards.
If we are unable to accept your order, the system will inform you of this and will not charge you. This might be because of a suspicious transaction alert identified on our system or because we do not deliver Social Pub & Kitchen Gift Cards to your location.

Expiry of Social Pub & Kitchen Gift Cards
Social Pub & Kitchen Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Card balances can be checked by clicking here. Alternatively, you can check your balance at any Social Pub & Kitchen venue.

Your Rights To End The Contract
You have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel your order for Social Pub & Kitchen Gift Cards, provided you are within the cooling off period. In the case of eGift Cards fourteen (14) days after the date that we confirm that we accept your order or
If you choose to receive your eGift Cards before expiry of the fourteen (14) day cooling off period, you acknowledge and accept that you will lose your right to end the contract once downloading of the digital content begins.

Returns
Subject to the cooling off period you may not return or cancel your Social Pub & Kitchen Gift Cards after they are received.

Lost or Stolen Social Pub & Kitchen Gift Cards
Please keep your Social Pub & Kitchen Gift Cards secure, as if they were cash. Social Pub & Kitchen is not responsible if the Social Pub & Kitchen Gift Cards are lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. Social Pub & Kitchen reserves the right to cancel Social Pub & Kitchen Gift Cards, if it reasonably suspects fraud or misconduct. Damaged, altered or cancelled Social Pub & Kitchen Gift Cards will not be accepted.

Limitations
Social Pub & Kitchen Gift Cards can be spent on any products online or in store. Social Pub & Kitchen Gift Cards cannot be resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash.
Unused Social Pub & Kitchen Gift Cards cannot be transferred, and orders cannot exceed £5000 per day.

Reasons for Failed Delivery of eGift Cards
eGift Cards are delivered via email. If you have confirmed the recipient's email address but the eGift Cards have not been viewed within a reasonable period after the requested delivery date, the following is a list of the most common reasons why delivery may have failed:

Spam filter blocked email or routed it to a bulk/spam folder
Recipient's firewall blocked the email
Email inbox is over size limit
Invalid email address
If a spam filter is blocking Social Pub & Kitchen Gift Card emails from getting to an inbox, the email options will need to be modified so that Social Pub & Kitchen Gift Card emails are not considered spam.

Personalized Messaging
If you wish to add a personal message to your Social Pub & Kitchen Gift Cards, simply type your message in the message field during the purchase process.
Social Pub & Kitchen Gift Cards personal messages are limited in length to the space provided on the eGift Cards, or to the space provided on the presentation carrier of Physical Gift Cards and there is no additional charge to include a personalised message.
We reserve the right to cancel inappropriate, offensive or otherwise objectionable messages.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of your Social Pub & Kitchen Gift Cards in the English courts.

1. Eligibility
The PubQuiz.com weekly general knowledge quiz and the Big Boxing Day Pub Quiz is open to all guests aged 18+ attending participating Stonegate Group venues. By taking part, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. How to Play
Players join the quiz by scanning the QR code displayed on venue screens. This links directly to PubQuiz.com, where you must register or log in, then play using your mobile device. One player per device. Internet access via personal data or the venue’s WiFimay be required.
3. Fair Play & Conduct
All answers must be your own. Use of search engines, AI tools, other teams, or any external assistance during the quiz is strictly prohibited. PubQuiz.com and venue management reserve the right to disqualify any player or team suspected of cheating or interfering with gameplay.
4. Scoring & Winners
Scores are calculated automatically by the PubQuiz.com platform based on speed and accuracy. The player or team with the highest score at the end of the quiz will be declared the winner. In the event of a tie, a tie-break question or randomised draw may be used. The venue’s decision is final.
5. Prizes
There is a national prize of £1000 for the team in 1stplace, £500 for the team in 2ndplace & £250 for the team in 3rd place. Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and winners will be contacted after the quiz. Prizes may be subject to local restrictions (e.g., excluded dates, responsible drinking policies).
6. Technical Issues
If the quiz is disrupted by WiFi outages, device issues, battery failure, or network interruptions, PubQuiz.com and the venue are not responsible for lost progress or inability to submit answers. If the platform experiences a major technical error, the venue may cancel or reschedule the quiz at its discretion.
7. Data & Privacy
By registering to play, you agree that PubQuiz.com may process your name, email and gameplay data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Stonegate Group venues do not access or store your personal data from the platform.
8. Behaviour & Venue Rights
Standard Stonegate Group venue rules apply during the quiz. The venue reserves the right to refuse service or entry in line with licensing conditions. Abusive, disruptive, or unsafe behaviour may result in disqualification and removal from the premises.
9. Photos & Promotion
Venues may take photos or videos of quiz events for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to appear, please speak to a member of the team on arrival.
10. Changes or Cancellation
PubQuiz.com and participating venues may change quiz formats, questions, prizes, or timings without notice. Quizzes may be cancelled due to staffing, events, private hire, or technical issues.
11. Liability
Neither PubQuiz.com nor Stonegate Group accepts liability for personal loss, damage, injury, or disappointment arising from participation, except wherecaused by negligence.
