These Terms and Conditions apply to the Coca-Cola Score Cast Game prize draw available at the Promoter’s participating pubs and on the MiXR app as set out in the table below (the “Prize Draw”). By entering the Prize Draw, you (“Participant”, “you”, “yours”) agree to these Terms and Conditions and to the decisions of the Promoter and the Supplier, which are final and binding in all respects. You also agree to any other applicable third-party terms. All applicable laws and regulations apply. Part 1 (Commercial Terms) and Part 2 (Conditions) together are the full terms and conditions that govern the Prize Draw (“Terms and Conditions”).
Capitalised terms used but not defined shall be defined for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions.

PART 1 – COMMERCIAL TERMS
PROMOTER
Stonegate Pub Company Limited of 3 Monkspath Hall Road, Solihull, West Midlands B90 4SJ.
SUPPLIER
Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Great Britain Limited of Pemberton House, Bakers Road, Uxbridge, UB8 1EZ.
ENTRY PERIOD
The Prize Draw will run during each Premier League game week which takes place during the period beginning on 10:00 GMT on 20/01/26 to 15 minutes prior to the final Premier League match to be played during game week 36 of the Premier League (which as of the date of publication of these terms is stated to take place on 9 May 2026 (each a “Game Week”, collectively the “Entry Period”)).
The first Game Week will run from the beginning of the Entry Period until 15 minutes prior to the kick-off of the first Premier League game to be played during that Game Week.
The Game will reset each week, with Participants able to enter the Game each Game Week on the day following the final Premier League match of the previous Game Week up until 15 minutes prior to the kick-off of the first Premier League game of that Game Week.
A MiXR notification will be sent each week to Participants already signed up to the Game, once each Game Week is open to enter.
There will be 14 Game Weeks in total during the Entry Period.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
To enter the Prize Draw, you must be aged 18 years or over and resident in the United Kingdom at the time of Prize Draw entry.
Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, the Supplier and their respective subsidiaries, other group companies, agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion may not enter the Prize Draw. ‘Immediate family’ means spouse/partner, parents, siblings, children, and each of their respective spouses/partners.
The Winner must have been eligible to enter and must show valid ID showing proof of age at the point of redemption of the Prize. Failure to show valid ID will result in disqualification and you forfeiting your Prize.
HOW TO ENTER?
Internet access and the MiXR app is required to enter. You will be required to have a MiXR account or to create one by downloading the MiXR app on your device through the App Store or Google Play store, and signing up by entering your first name, surname, email address and creating an account to be in the chance to win a Prize.
Entry into the Prize Draw may be made by playing the Coca-Cola Score Cast Game in the MiXR app.
By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and that our decision is final and binding in all matters relating to this Prize Draw. If you fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions your entry will automatically be void.
HOW DOES THE GAME WORK?
Participants are required to use their judgement and skill to predict the score of the Premier League fixtures taking place in each Game Week to be in with a chance to win a Prize (the “Game”).
Participants who play the Game will be awarded points for each fixture where the score has been correctly predicted in that Game Week, as follows:
1. 1 point where a participant correctly predicts a fixture would be a win / draw / loss (but does not predict the actual score correctly).
2. 4 points where a participant correctly predicts the full score of a fixture.
By way of example: if a participant predicts a score of Arsenal 2 – 1 Newcastle and Arsenal win 3-1 the participant will receive 1 point only. If Arsenal win 2-1 the participant will receive 4 points. If Newcastle win 2 – 1, the participant will receive 0 points.
A leaderboard will be kept up to date throughout the Entry Period within the MiXR app based on the provision of correct answers from all entrants who entered the Game at any point during the Entry Period.
Participants who enter the Game and also purchase a large Coke Product during a Game Week, will receive double points for all correctly predicted fixtures for that Game Week. “Coke Product(s)” means a 22 oz Coca-Cola Original Taste, a 22 oz Coca-Cola Zero Sugar and/or a 22 oz Diet Coke. A participants score can only double once during each Game Week.
The Game will refresh and unlock weekly in line with each Game Week throughout the duration of the Entry Period.
The leaderboard will reset for each Game Week with all participants starting with a score of 0 at the beginning of each Game Week. A cumulative leaderboard will be maintained but this will not be used to allocate Prizes.
HOW WINNERS ARE SELECTED
During each Game Week, Participants will be selected as the winners based on their position on the leaderboard in a Game Week in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Prizes will be awarded as follows:
If the first placed and second placed participants achieve unique scores and there is no tie:
1. The participant in first place will receive Prize 1;
2. The participant in second place will receive Prize 2; and
3. The remaining participants making up the top 250 participants on the leaderboard in that Game Week will receive Prize 3.
In the event of a tie where more than two participants achieve the same “top score”, the top scoring participants will be drawn using a random computer-generated process, following which Prizes will be awarded as follows:
1. One participant will be chosen as the winner and will receive Prize 1;
2. One participant will be chosen as the second winner and will receive Prize 2; and
3. The participants not chosen as the Prize 2 winner as well as the remaining participants making up the top 250 participants on the leaderboard in that Game Week will receive Prize 3.
In the event of a tie where more than two participants achieve the same “second place score”, the top scoring second place participants will be drawn using a random computer-generated process, following which Prizes will be awarded as follows:
1. One participant from the second place scorers will be chosen as the winner and will receive Prize 2;
2. The participants not chosen as the Prize 2 winner as well as the remaining participants making up the top 250 participants on the leaderboard in that Game Week will receive Prize 3; and
3. The participant in first place will receive Prize 1.
Where there are two prizes available as Prize 3 in a Game Week, the remaining 250 participants (remaining after award of Prize 1 and Prize 2) will be entered into a draw and selected using a random computer-generated process, with one winner receiving a Premier League Shirt and the remaining participants in the draw receiving a BOGOF voucher. This process shall also apply in the event of a tie.
With the participants chosen according to any one of the processes above being the “Winners”.

Prize Details How to Redeem
General Admission Premier League Tickets
A pair of tickets to a 2026 Premier League fixture (*of which 16 pairs of tickets are available during the Entry Period as shown above).
The Prize includes £250 BACS transfer to cover travel or accommodation arrangements for the Winner and their guest.
The Winner (and their guest) must be over the age of 18 on the date of the fixture. Tickets will be located within the Home Supporter areas of the ground.
Fixture dates and timings are subject to change, at the Supplier’s reasonable discretion, and no alternative matches will be offered.
• The tickets are only available in the home section of the stadium; hence all necessary checks/ conditions must be adhered to. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any potential winner on the basis of the findings resulting from such background or information check.
• Prizes are subject to any relevant terms and conditions of the PL, any relevant Premier League club and the ground regulations of any relevant Premier League club’s stadium.
• Tickets are STRICTLY NON-TRANSFERABLE and MUST NOT BE SOLD nor advertised for sale whether on the internet, in newspapers or elsewhere.
Any ticket obtained in breach of these terms and conditions shall be void and all rights conferred or evidenced by such ticket shall be nullified
The Supplier’s designated agency Mesh Marketing will supply and pay for the Prize as agent for the Winner from the following email address: coca-colawin@meshmarketing.co.uk and winners agree to be bound by any terms imposed by third parties including, without limitation, any relevant travel or tour operator. The Supplier or its designated agency will contact Winners within 48 hours of selection as a Winner to arrange delivery of the Prize.
Premier League Shirt
A Premier League shirt (*of which 12 are available in total).
There is no guarantee of receiving the shirt of a particular team, shirts will be awarded at the Supplier’s discretion and are subject to availability.
The Supplier’s designated agency Mesh Marketing will contact the winners to ask for their preferred Home club shirt, and to arrange delivery of the Prize from the following email address: coca-colawin@meshmarketing.co.uk. You will be required to provide your home address to arrange delivery of the Prize. The Supplier or its designated agency will contact the Winners within 48 hours of selection as a Winner to arrange delivery of the Prize.
Buy One Get One Free (BOGOF) Coke Product voucher
A BOGOF voucher for a large (22oz) Coke Product (*of which 250 are available each Game Week). Via the MiXR app during the Entry Period.
All BOGOF vouchers will be valid for a period of one month from the date of issue.
HOW IS THE PRIZE COMMUNICATED?
If a Participant has won a Prize, they will receive an email notification from the Promoter notifying them of the Prize they have won. An email to arrange delivery of the Prize will follow from the Supplier or its designated agency will follow the initial winner’s notification sent by the Promoter, as further detailed above.
By entering the Prize Draw, Participants acknowledge and agree that, should they win a Prize (or be selected as a reserve winner), the Promoter may share their contact details with the Supplier of the Prize for the purpose of fulfilling the Prize. The Promoter will share the winner’s (and the reserve winner’s) contact details as soon as the Winner (and reserve winners) have been chosen.
Unless otherwise directed by the Promoter, winners must respond to winning entry correspondence within 48 hours of being notified. If the winner fails to respond within 48 hours of being notified, the Promoter reserves the right to choose a new winner (based on the order in which those reserve winners were positioned on the leaderboard).

PART 2 - CONDITIONS
1. Prizes
1.1 No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw to win a Prize.
1.2 Participants acknowledge and agree that there is no guarantee of winning a Prize. Any Prizes which are redeemable in the Promoter’s venues shall be redeemable (i) subject to stock availability and (ii) in participating pubs owned by The Promoter which are displayed in the MiXR app at the time of entry. The Promoter accepts no responsibility if Participants attempt to redeem Prizes at non-participating pubs or if the relevant product is out of stock.
1.3 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a Prize with another prize of equal or greater value at the Promoter’s absolute discretion without giving notice.
1.4 Where the Prizes are physical prizes this clause 1.5 will apply. Please allow 14 days for delivery or collection of the applicable Prize. If you do not collect the applicable Prize (or provide the Promoter (or Supplier) with an address for delivery (if applicable)) by this date, your claim to such Prize may (at the Promoter’s discretion) become invalid.
1.5 The Prizes are non-exchangeable and non-transferable and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
1.6 If it is discovered during Prize verification that a Participant is ineligible to enter, has entered, attempted to enter, or used multiple accounts to enter, more than the stated limit, they will be disqualified and all of their entries will be void.
1.7 The Prizes will be awarded “as is” and the Promoter makes no representation, warranty or condition in respect of any Prize or part thereof.
1.8 The Winner’s participation in any or all activities for the Prize is voluntary. If the Winner elects not to participate in any or all designated activities for the Prize, the Winner will not be given any compensation.
1.9 Where Prizes include travel:
1.9.1 the Supplier will be responsible for booking and paying for the Prize on behalf of the winning Participant and any permitted guests. The winning Participant, and any permitted guests, acknowledge and agree that they will be bound by relevant third-party terms including but not limited to, any relevant tour or travel Promoters;
1.9.2 the winning Participant acknowledges that departure dates and times are subject to availability and at the sole discretion of the Promoter and/or the Supplier;
1.9.3 the winning Participant will be responsible for any and all other costs and expenses not listed above (including insurance, expenses and incidentals not mentioned above);
1.9.4 any additional expenses not covered within the Prize details above are the responsibility of the winning Participant;
1.10 The Prizes must be taken on the dates specified. The Promoter reserves the right to select alternative winners, should the original winner not validate their identity, age, ability to travel on the fixed trip dates and/or compliance with any relevant immigration criteria.
2. The Prize Draw
2.1 There will be no Game Week where the Premier League does not hold a respective game week because of international fixtures or domestic or international cup fixtures.
2.2 Entries received before or after the Entry Period will not be accepted.
2.3 Stonegate accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any entries that were not received for whatever reason.
2.4 Only one entry per person is permitted during each Game Week of the Entry Period and multiple entries during a Game Week of the Entry Period from the same person will be disqualified (subject to any additional entry pursuant to a Coke Product purchase as described in these Terms and Conditions).
2.5 Entries that do not comply fully with these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified. The Promoter has sole discretion in determining whether any entries submitted by any person comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2.6 The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if the winner is not able to take up the applicable Prize.
2.7 The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all respects on all Participants and no further correspondence will be entered into.
3. Publicity
3.1 By entering the Prize Draw, Participants hereby agree to their name, likeness, photograph, voice and video recording, and entry being used by the Promoter for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
3.2 The winners of the Prize Draw further agree to be interviewed in connection with the promotion either in person or via telephone which may be filmed, photographed and/or recorded and the Promoter may use such films, photographs and/or recordings for publicity and PR purposes.
3.3 If you object to any or all or any of your name, likeness, photograph, voice and video recording, and entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at competitions@stonegategroup.co.uk. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
3.4 Each Participant accepts and acknowledges that if the above consent is withdrawn, the Promoter may not be in a position to remove the photographs, recordings and videos from webpages operated by third parties.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 All intellectual property rights in and associated with the Promoter and the MiXR app and brand, are owned by the Promoter and/or the Promoter’s licensors, and Participants have no right to use any intellectual property in and associated with the Promoter and the MiXR app and brand, except in connection with the Prize Draw entry.
4.2 Participants hereby assign to the Promoter any and all intellectual property rights in and associated with the Prize Draw entry (save for any Supplier intellectual property rights incorporated therein) with full title guarantee, such that the Promoter has the full and exclusive right to use, reproduce, or publish such Prize Draw entry and accompanying materials for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw on its MiXR app; and
4.3 Participant’s hereby irrevocably and unconditionally waive all moral rights in and to the Prize Draw entry and any moral rights in accompanying materials otherwise arising in connection with Participant’s Prize Draw entry to which Participants may now or at any time in the future be entitled under copyright, right of publicity, right of privacy, and other intellectual property laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which the Prize Draw occurs.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet, or any combination thereof.
5.2 Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, the Supplier, their agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up a Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, the Supplier, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
5.3 Insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor the Supplier accept any liability for any expense, damage, loss or injury suffered (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way due to entering this Prize Draw or taking up a prize. Neither the Supplier nor the Promoter are responsible for any third-party acts or omissions.
6. Data Protection
6.1 In accordance with UK General Data Protection Regulations and the Data Protection Act 2018, the Promoter is the Data Controller of the personal data that is collected for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw.
6.2 Supplier has been appointed as a Data Processor (as defined in the Data Protection Act 2018) to assist in the administration of the prize draw. As a data processor, Supplier will process personal data on behalf of Promoter in accordance with Promoter’s instructions and applicable data protection laws.
6.3 The Supplier will process your identity, contact and social media data in order to fulfil the Prize.
6.4 The Promoter and the Supplier’s lawful basis for processing your personal data for these purposes is performance of a contract.
6.5 For the purposes of administering this processing activity, your personal data will be processed solely in the UK and will not be made available to individuals or companies based outside of the EEA.

7. General
7.1 By taking part in the Prize Draw, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
7.2 The name and county/town of the winner(s) will be available for one month after the expiry of the Entry Period. If you wish to find out the identity of the chosen winner(s) please send a stamped addressed envelope to: Stonegate Pub Company Limited, FAO Legal Department, 3 Monkspath Hall Road, Solihull, B90 4SJ.
7.3 These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any inconsistency with any other communications from the Promoter or the Supplier, including advertising and promotional material.
7.4 The Promoter and the Supplier reserve the right to modify, cancel or amend this Prize Draw or to amend these Terms and Conditions in whole or in part where it becomes necessary to do so and without prior notice.
7.5 Winners shall not carry out or promote the goods and services of the participating venues in any way, including, but not limited to, advertising or posting about alcohol.
7.6 This Prize Draw is not in any way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with the Football Association Premier League Limited. Participants acknowledge that the Football Association Premier League Limited shall not have any liability to them in connection with the Prize Draw.
7.7 This Prize Draw is not in any way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Twitter, Facebook or any other social media platform. Participants acknowledge that Instagram, Twitter, Facebook or any other social media platform shall not have any liability to them in connection with the Prize Draw.
7.8 These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
